A user is anyone with a login to your ThreatReact workspace. Starter supports up to 20. Pro is unlimited — one flat monthly price no matter how your team grows.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Pro at any time — we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel any time, no questions asked. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
